Understanding The Need For Self-Care
Why is self-care important?
Self-care encourages you to maintain a healthy relationship with yourself so that you can transmit the good feelings to others. You cannot give to others what you don't have yourself.
Self-care is more than getting a massage or treating yourself to things. Self-care includes your everyday behavior and mindset in regards to how you care for yourself. This involves respecting yourself, not being so hard on yourself, and honoring your limits so that you can feel alive and present in your own life. This is what we’ll be working on in the challenge.

During The 5-day Self-Care Challenge, You’ll:
Receive an email with a short video and Pdf download with your self-care steps for the day along with tips to support your self-care success.
Support
Access to a support and accountability community to connect with Dr Stem and other participants and check in with your self-care progress or concerns.
Self-Care Tools
Free download handout with education on burnout prevention and stress management so that you’ll have practical self-care tools to use after the challenge is over.
We’ll be working on getting to the heart of self-care:

✅ Refueling so you can help others without draining yourself
✅ Getting grounded and reconnecting with yourself
